Suubula Delivery| Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Sellers show their delivery period on the product and are therefore expected to deliver the package in the set time. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped and delivered.

Delivery rates

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed

Delivery location

Sellers are able to show their delivery limits on the product. This means that if the product is not available for your area, it will not be shipped for delivery.


Delivery time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.


The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

How do I check my order

When your order has been delivered you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@suubula.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and refund policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

In case the item you have received is not what you ordered or for any other reason, you can cancel your order within a period of 14 days from the day you've received your item.

Some items are not available for returns for example underwear, you must check the product immediately and in case you notice damage or any problem with the order, do not accept the order.
