Suubula Delivery| Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been delivered

Delivery rates

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed

Delivery location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to only addresses in Uganda. [We do not accept orders from international customers] Any shipments outside of Uganda are not available at this time.


Delivery time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [9] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments eg groceries are delivered in 5hrs from the time you confirm your order and a printer is delivered in 3 business days from the time you place the order

How do I check my order

When your order has been delivered you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@suubula.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and refund policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

In case the item you have received is not what you ordered or any other reason, you can cancel your order with in a period of 14 days from the day your received your item.

Some items are not available for returns for example under wears, you must check the product immediately and in case you notice a damage or any problem with the order, do not accept the order.
